Our Technician Apprentice Program is not about hiring experienced technicians. It’s about finding someone who has the necessary attributes to learn and succeed. We’ll teach you what you need to know and to grow in your career.

We’ll help you start your career on the right foot by giving you the tools to succeed. Not only will we outfit you with your very own set of tools and toolbox to tackle problems on the job, we also offer a deferred bonus program during your first year where you can earn up to 15% of your salary in bonuses.

With guaranteed paid training after your first 90 days and a personalized, custom training path after your first six months, we’ll give you the support and training you need to learn while on the job.

Starting your first job is a big milestone. To help support you, we’ll pair you with a corporate sponsor, as well as a local peer mentor who’ll be there for you as you work through the program.
